If you need a refresher course in order to master a particular subject, PTC invites you to retake the same course any time within 90 days of the day you initially attended the class. 50% discount of the original cost required. Advanced Technology classes can be retaken up to one year from the date of the original class for the cost of the courseware only (as long as the course is still available on the schedule).

Prior to class registration, you may work with a training specialist to determine the appropriate course level. If you decide the curriculum does not meet your needs - before the first scheduled break on the first day of class - a PTC training representative will help reschedule the "Right Class" for you and apply your payment to the new course.

We want to ensure your training experience is the most valuable to you. Therefore, PTC has implemented the following policies to guarantee your success and allow for class availability. Due to class-size limitations, the cancellation and rescheduling deadlines below must be adhered to. Please advise us of cancellations and substitutions as soon as possible so that another student may be accommodated

Any student who cannot attend a class for which a reservation has been made must notify PTC. If notice of cancellation is given 10 business days or more prior to a class start date, you will receive a 100% refund. For cancellations less than 10 business days prior to the start date, no refund can be issued or invoice canceled.
